Personal Message from the Editor:

As many of you know Anime Fun TV is a fan made show, however its takes allot for one person to do this show; and I need to say this now before it gets out of hand, I CANNOT guarantee that this show will go on past Season 4. Reason why? Basically Finances, it nearly takes almost $500 to do one season, that’s right, one season, that’s including time and equipment. That doesn’t even include how much time I put into DVD’s, Stickers, Flyers, etc… Now I don’t want anyone to think that I’m begging for money, because I’m not; People like you have a choice to help donate, and not to donate, however, with slim finances coming in the horizon I cant help to be felt alone in this project; Its tiring and mentally draining. You also may be asking why don’t get a sponsor? I should, however, there aren’t much comic stores or video game stores that’ll help out, most video game stores are national stores (Game Stop, EB) and comic stores are more privately owned, so thus I can go ask, however I will already know what there going to say… Finances aren’t the only thing that’s holding the show, there are also legal crap that hinders the show from its mission, truly AMV’s are illegal, however that doesn’t stop me from showing them when I can. Another main reason is my motivation for the show it self, when I first started AFTV I had so many plans and such for the show, and I go by what fans want in a show, but I haven’t gotten any responses or any type of comments on what would help out the show, for me this is very difficult, not only that it also hurts that people just don’t care. I don’t have much time as I did when I started on the show, and I wish I could do this full-time, but by the way it looks it may not even last till its 2nd anniversary.For fans, By (a) Fan(s), when people don’t help out, its frustrating and disappointing, even if its just an encouragement that helps, it keeps me motivated, if people tend to start dissing me and say this show sucks, it hurts personally, I put so much into this show for you all, and not just the fans here in San Antonio, but the world, we get videos as far as the Netherlands here on AFTV, and what I want the show do to is help get the word out on how AMV’s and there creators are creative in there works?. Including my own in how an AMV show could be like. I just hope some my words could spark something inside you to help out the show, even if it’s a small comment of encouragement, to help finance the show.

Sorry for the late update for the 3rd Episode, but the poll is now up and running. Some Good news though, AFTV Season 3 DVD Disk 1 & 2 is now GOLD, (meaning its compete) Disk 3 should be coming right along with 1 & 2 soon, so keep an eye out, I’ll let everyone know once there all done and ready to be given’ out for Donations.

Hey peep’s Well, were about 2 weeks away from the new and improved, AFTV Season 3! World Premiere will be May 15th @ 11:00pm. On another note the Voting Polls for “Best In Season 2” will end in two weeks as well, so VOTE NOW! ^.^ Also, it seems that I will not be able to find a suitable program were I can air the show live on the Internet for you folk who don’t live in the area. However, DVD of the new Season 3 will soon be available now that the whole season is totally done!

Hiya Folks!

Well as you know this is an Urgent message to everyone who watches or has videos on the show. I’m in talks with a monster truck driver to have a Anime Fun TV on his truck, for those who don?t know what a monster truck is, its basically a truck with about 6 foot tires that crush cars all over America. So anyways, we came down to a price to have the show?s logo advertised on the truck, the logo would be about the size of your average bumper sticker, it would cost about $2,500 for one year, also the logo will appear on other items such as, Toys, Video Games, etc?Now one thing’s for sure, its an awesome deal, HOWEVER! Another thing is for sure, is that I don’t have that kind of money at the moment?Now, here comes the other deal, what I’m planning on doing is having the show being sold off in shares or partnerships. “What do you mean?” you ask?Its like how the big company’s do it, they have a committee or group that own part of the business (thus being AFTV) and depending on how much they own of the company they have a say so of the show. That’s what I’m thinking of on the show, selling off or have people buy apart of AFTV and have them be apart of AFTV, but I need you The Fans & AMV Creators tell me what YOU think about this idea, there is another way to raise money for the sponsorship, and that?s Donating, however that hardly gets any money from anyone. SO! I’m ask you ALL the Fans and AMV Creators on what you think about this idea, and PLEASE tell me what you think, I need all the opinions I can get.
